Who is the Retreat for?
Regen Retreats is designed for visionary leaders, whether from business, finance, policy or other spheres, and usually operating at a Board, Partner, C Suite, Director level or equivalent.
Our small cohorts enable deep exploration within a carefully curated setting. Action-orientated facilitation invites meaningful exchange of our shared challenges as we face uninterrupted complexities of traditional systems that are failing society and have pushed our planetary boundaries beyond safe limits.
Curious, ambitious leaders come to unlearn those systems driving economic and societal collapse, and humbly relearn how to continue their leadership in service to life. Our retreats focus on inner development through immersive, experiential learning, as we translate theory into practice, and encourage participants to think beyond their daily context.
Do I need to understand Regenerative economics already?
No. We welcome those new to the Principles of Regeneration, allowing retreatants to accelerate their learning as a cohort - both pre- and post - retreat. We simply ask participants to bring their open curiosity and a desire to create the conditions for resilience, innovation and reciprocity in their work.
Regenerative economics explores the principles of our world’s most resilient system [Nature] and their application to our economy by design. We learn to implement holistic strategies that can transform ‘business as usual’ towards a regenerative economy, unlocking holistic wealth and planetary health.
